Three new retailers have signed up for The Heart in Walton-On-Thames, O&H Properties' £150m mixed-use scheme.
Boden is building on its highly successful mail-order business in the UK by taking 3,500 sq ft over two floors for its first shop in a mall environment. And alongside, Kew will be taking 3,000 sq ft and SweatyBetty 1,500 sq ft. The Walton store will be the fitnesswear brand's first outside central London.
O&H Properties director Alison Allen said: "We were keen to secure fashion brands with a different angle and feel that Boden, SweatyBetty and Kew will give The Heart new and diverse elements of fashion that will be popular with our customers."
CWM and CBRE represent O&H.
