Italian fashion retailer Benetton has become the newest branded fashion tenant to head to Cosgrave's West End shopping park at Blanchardstown. It will take a new 5,000 sq ft unit, close to Next, on a 25-year lease. Rents are running at ?500 per sq m.
The 14-unit shopping park features a strong-line up of fashion brands headed by a 40,000 sq ft anchor store for Next and supported by Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Laura Ashley, Jean Scene and Pavers Shoes. The tenant line-up also includes Costa Coffee as well as Classic Furniture, Heatons and Argos Extra.
Cosgrave Group's Enda Fahy said: "Benetton is a great addition to West End shopping park. West End's focus on fashion and lifestyle offers, combined with spacious store formats and a 650-space free car park, mean it has become the destination of choice for an increasing number of shoppers in and around Dublin." The centre's letting and managing agents are Savills Hamilton Osborne King.
