Swindon-based parking solutions company Quadriga Parking has become the first UK contractor to offer a fully-integrated Car Park Bay Guidance System.
Working in partnership with Signal-Park UK, Quadriga is offering this system to complement its car park refurbishment services.
The new agreement means that for a cost of £250 per bay, real-time feedback to a central control point will maximise occupancy levels while minimising vehicle emissions and waiting times.
The simple and clear signage allows drivers to follow the displayed directions, reducing the stress and frustration associated with finding a free space in conventional car parks.
When incorporated into new-build design, the system allows for the integration of cul-de-sacs - making maximum use of available space.
In addition, if used in conjunction with a linked ticketing system, overstays can also be easily identified, making the management of this issue more cost-effective by cutting manpower and saving time on routine patrols.
