Coast's clear for Victoria Square, Belfast

Coast is the latest retailer to sign a pre-letting at Multi Development's Victoria Square development in Belfast. The rapidly expanding fashion brand will take a 2,200 sq ft store situated on the lower ground floor of the 800,000-sq ft development, next door to Lunn's Jewellers.
Richard Green, Multi's UK leasing manager is confident that more of the same quality of retailer is to follow: "Coast is positioned in the upper middle market of the UK high street and matches the profile of shoppers Victoria Square will attract."
