Restaurant Group has taken three new restaurants at X-Leisure destinations across the UK; Chiquitos is to open at Tower Park Poole and Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton while Frankie and Benny’s has taken a unit at Parrs Wood in Manchester. These lettings mean that TRG has now acquired six sites from X-Leisure in the past year.
Chiquitos has taken 3,903 sq ft at Tower Park, Poole, where X-Leisure has recently the completed a 16,000-sq ft plaza of restaurants as part of a £5.5m upgrade to the park. Other units have been taken by KFC, Nandos, TGI Fridays and Flame Oriental Chinese Buffet.
Chiquitos has also just opened its doors at Bentley Bridge where it has taken a 4,156 sq ft unit. And at Parrs Wood in Manchester Frankie and Benny’s has taken a 3,350-sq ft unit on a 25 year-lease where it will trade alongside Chiquitos, Nandos, Pizza Hut and Burger King.
