A rent of £50,750 pa has now been agreed, to commence after 28 weeks of rent free occupation. The landlord, BAe Systems Pension Funds Investment Management, was represented by Kitchen la Frenais Morgan.

The initial rent is £40,000 pax. And in Reading Hawkin's Bazaar has acquired Unit 18 at Broad Street Mall, providing 959 sq ft with basement storage, by way of a new 10-year FRI lease from Protogo Real Estate Investors. The initial rent is £50,750 pax. Williams Gunter Hardwick represented Hawkin's Bazaar; Protogo Real Estate Investors was represented by Churston Heard and Ivy Park by DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.
