Jason King, centre manager at West 12 in London's Shepherd's Bush, dressed in a Bond-esque tuxedo and posed with a Halle Berry lookalike for an exclusive charity premiere of Casino Royale at the centre's Vue cinema.

West 12 treated cinema-goers and shoppers to roulette and blackjack as the shopping centre transformed its malls into a James Bond inspired casino, and there were complementary vodka martinis at Belushi's, one of the centre's many bars and restaurants.

Shoppers helped themselves to $2,000 of free casino cash to play for prizes including European air flights, Vue cinema tickets and gifts from the Fragrance Store. Scores of lucky shoppers also won tickets for the charity performance on the same night.

"Everyone had been looking forward to the new Bond film for some time, and it was a real pleasure to host an event which gave people in the area the chance to get dressed up, have some fun and raise money for a good cause by watching the film before it went on general release," said King.

And it's good to see King has shed the dodgy 'tache since his own brush with stardom in his 1970s TV series, which subsequently inspired the Austin Powers movies.
