KNIGHT FRANK has appointed three new partners to its retail team in London. ANDREW SMITH and BEN TYACK join from Savills where they're part of its in-town retail team. And CALUM EWING will join from Atisreal where he is an associate director leading its retail & leisure agency team.


Experian company FOOTFALL has announced the appointment of MARTIN GOLUNSKI as site survey analyst. He brings over nine years' financial services experience to the role.


CHRIS BALCH, managing director of DTZ Consulting and Research, has been appointed as the new independent chairman of the BASILDON RENAISSANCE PARTNERSHIP.


Shopping centre promotional space specialist FORUM CENTRESPACE has appointed GEMMA KIRK as business development manager. SIMONE CLARKIN joins as account manager and CAROLINE WAYMAN has been promoted to account director.


HARTNELL TAYLOR COOK has launched its new building consultancy department, following the appointment of ALEX MOAT as a director to head up the team. Moat joins Hartnell Taylor Cook from Donaldsons and Colliers CRE where he was a director.


BRIAN LOADER has been appointed technical manager at ductwork cleaning specialist INDEPTH HYGIENE SERVICES. With over 30 years industry experience, he joins from Hygienic Maintenance where he was general manager.


DONALDSONS has appointed TONY DE GRAAF and NATALIE BANKS to its retail management set-up team. de Graaf has been retail director of Knight Frank New South Wales and has also run his own agency business. Also joining the Birmingham office is senior surveyor Natalie Banks, who moves into the team from Donaldsons' Leeds office.


Specialist UK retail warehouse fund THE HERCULES UNIT TRUST has appointed DENIS COPELAND as centre manager for its Parkgate shopping park in Rotherham, south Yorkshire. He brings over 18 years' experience to Parkgate, having spent the beginning of his career with WH Smith and latterly working as a centre manager at Birstall shopping park, Leeds on behalf of both CB Richard Ellis and Savills.


AYH has appointed Robert Pocklington as senior fire safety consultant in the health & safety team which is part of AYH's project consultancy services sector. He has 18 years' experience working with the Royal Air Force Fire & Rescue Service internationally.


Niche retail property consultancy Nash Bond continues to expand its shop agency team with the appointment of Jon Puddifant as an associate partner. He joins the firm from Thomas Davidson & Partners
