Fashion footwear brand Ravel has opened its first Irish outlet store at the Junction One scheme in Antrim. Other new names recently opened at Junction One include Whittard of Chelsea and mobile phone operator Citiphone. Further stores are currently planning pre-Xmas openings including fashion retailer Double Two and DVD retailer Director's Cut.
Since opening in 2004 Junction One has attracted over 7 million people. With 245,000 sq ft of retail space already let and an additional 58,000 sq ft scheduled to open next year, Junction One will be the second largest factory outlet centre in the UK, behind Cheshire Oaks.
The Junction One project is a joint venture between the Guinea Group, Cusp, the Kennedy Group and Dunalistair. Joint letting agents are Realm, O'Connor Kennedy Turtle and Rohleder Lumby.
