Ditsch opens its second UK store in burton upon trent
Ditsch, the world's largest manufacturer of freshly baked soft pretzels, has opened its second UK store at the Cooper Square shopping centre in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. Advised by Leslie Furness, its retained agency in the UK, Ditsch has taken Kiosk 2 at 1 Swan Walk and will pay rent of £40,000 pa on a five-year lease. The landlord, Cooper Square, was advised by DTZ Debenham Tie Leung.
Ditsch's latest unit follows the successful opening of its first UK store in Cambridge in June. Leslie Furness has been appointed by the master UK franchisee to find 10 units across Britain as part of its European expansion. The initial search area covers the South and the Midlands.
