WARNER ESTATE HOLDINGS has expanded its development team with the recruitment of DAN HOWSON and THOMAS BOOTH and the promotion of KEVIN LEAVER to senior development manager. Dan Howson joins as a senior development manager and brings with him six years of experience at both Henry Boot Developments and Manly International. And Thomas Booth, who joins as a development manager, has three years of experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments for Delfin Lend Lease.


Digital screen media specialist SCREEN FX has appointed SIMON ELMS to the board as finance director. RICHARD SCHULTZ, who has been finance director since January, will take up a new position as commercial director.


SGP PROPERTY SERVICES has appointed SUE HARRISON as property director where she will head up a 22-strong property team. Prior to joining SGP she spent five years as property manager for Brantano. She has also held senior positions at Burger King and Bass.


RUPERT WOOD has joined SainT MODWEN PROPERTIES as a senior development manager. He was previously responsible for Lend Lease's Golden Square project in Warrington and he will have specific responsibility for the £100m regeneration of north London's Edmonton Green shopping centre and the £200m Bedford Town Centre West development project. DONALDSONS has appointed ROBERT ADDISON as its newest European partner, working specifically on retail asset management across the firm's expanding portfolio in 20 countries. He joins from Phoenix Beard and previously spent 11 years as a partner with Cluttons, based in Bahrain and Dubai.


CHURSTON HEARD has expanded its retail property management team with the appointment of four new members. KEVIN KELEHAN joins from Lambert Smith Hampton as senior surveyor and THOMAS STUART-SMITH, previously a portfolio manager at Donaldsons, joins as a surveyor. DAVID KEMPTON joins from Dunlop Hayward and SHAUN GILLEN from DTZ. Both have been appointed as client account managers.


PHIL EVANS, head of retail asset management at CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, has transferred from London to the firm's Athens office to become head of retail in Greece. He will also oversee the firm's retail activities in the rapidly emerging markets of Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria.


HELEN ATKINSON has returned to metrocentre as commercialisation co-ordinator after three years at Eldon Square.


EFM MALL TRADING has appointed CARL ARROWSMITH as operations and standards officer, joining from wholesaler John Dennis. And JULIA LOWTHER has been appointed marketing assistant in the firm's Hereford office.
