La Senza and 3 Store, the 3G mobile phone outlet, are the latest tenants to sign for units at Lend Leases's extension to the Golden Square shopping centre in Warrington.
La Senza is taking a 2,825 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease and 3 Store is taking a 1,038 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease. Both stores will be new retailers to Warrington and will join a line-up that includes Debenhams, H&M, Boots, Next, Topshop and River Island, which last month announced it would be relocating to a unit within the new extension.
Rachel Broughton, leasing manager at the centre, said: "The signings highlight the variety of retailers we have at the new shopping centre." The £120m development, which includes the construction of a 365,000 sq ft extension and refurbishment of the existing centre, should be completed in March 2007.
