Consolidation in the commercial agency sector is continuing with the news that Atisreal has bought the niche retail consultancy, Parish Dean Partnership, as part of its continued expansion drive. This acquisition will strengthen the French-based consultancy's presence in the retail market and add to its existing portfolio of services.
Parish Dean is a niche retail consultancy founded in 1999 by Ian Parish and Jonathan Dean. The firm has been advising MFI, Matalan and Somerfield on their acquisition and disposal programmes as well as acting for a number of developers on both out-of-town schemes and town centre mixed-use projects.
