HAMMOND PHILLIPS has appointed CLIVE SNASHALL as a director within its growing agency division. A former senior associate director at Dalgleish, he has more than 20 years high street and shopping centre agency experience.


PEEL HOLDINGS has appointed JULIAN WILKINSON as director of property at The Trafford Centre, Manchester. Previously he worked as a property director at Allsports where he was responsible for opening 156 stores in 10 years. Prior to that he worked at Ladbrokes Racing and Abbey National.


PAUL ARNELL has joined DRIVERS JONAS in Birmingham as an associate, specialising in landlord and tenant lease activity. He joins from 4D Properties where he was responsible for lease renewals and rent reviews along with general management issues.


DERREN MCRAE has joined CULVERWELL to assist in shopping centre lettings and expand high street acquisitions and disposals. McRae was formerly with Donaldsons and FG Burnett.


NICK ROUND has been appointed managing director of EFM ASSET MANAGEMENT and the EFM European Fund Management group. He has 24 years retail experience, most recently as retail director at Lambert Smith Hampton and equity partner at Churston Heard. At the same time, SEAN DEMPSEY and PIPPA RANGECROFT have joined as asset managers Dempsey was most recently a partner at Donaldsons while Rangecroft joins from Threadneedle Asset Management.


PROTEGO REAL ESTATE INVESTORS has made three new appointments. RAY JAMES joins from The Mall as a specialist shopping centre asset manager. He will oversee the Protego's seven shopping centres, which have a total value of £290m. JAMIE PEARSON joins Protego from Warner Estates as an investment analyst. Protego has also appointed KESHRA KABARIYA as business reporting manager.


ANDY BRADLEY, centre director at the Gates shopping centre in Durham is relocating to Leeds where he will be heading up a group of eight shopping centres. He has been at the Gates since June 2003, during which time he has overseen the redevelopment and rebrand of the old Millburngate Centre.


ALAN WHITELAW has relocated from NAI FULLER PEISER's Edinburgh office to the Birmingham office, where he has become head of the firm's retail and leisure business. His former position as head of the Edinburgh office has been filled by DON YOUNG, partner in investment and agency.


ATISREAL has strengthened its Bristol office with the appointment of NEAL GREEN as associate. He joins Atisreal's building consultancy team from Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, having previously worked for Drivers Jonas. He will be focusing on project management and development monitoring.
