PRUPIM has appointed MacLellan International to provide a total facilities management solution to 14 of its shopping centres. The fund manager is bringing in-house the management of three Scottish Amicable shopping centres and in doing so it is expanding its contract with MacLellan.
Already responsible for Cribbs Causeway, West Orchards in Coventry and The Brunswick Centre in Scarborough, MacLellan will increase its PRUPIM portfolio by a further 11 shopping centres including the Grafton centre in Cambridge; the Mander centre in Wolverhampton; the Manchester Arndale; the Galleries in Washington; Cwmbran Shopping; the Swan centre, Eastleigh; Culver Square, Colchester; and the Waterside centre, Lincoln.
