ECPfm, a new division of Euro Car Parks, has clinched the management of eight major retail parks for Capital & Regional's specialist out-of-town fund The Junction. The services extend to parking management, cleaning, security and customer service.
"We were looking for a company that understood the external estate issues and how to deal with them", said Peter Collinson head of operations at The Junction. "It is important that we supply our tenants with a first class trading environment and the first and last impression is of course our parking facilities. ECPfm demonstrated estate management skills beyond those normally associated with parking management, and services have developed very well indeed."
ECPfm general manager, Jack Rai said: "We have been operating full facilities management on our own car parks for a considerable time and now that we have developed and matured the function, it is absolutely right that our clients should reap the benefits on offer."
