Glamour model and soon-to-be celebrity mum Nell McAndrew was star guest at the official relaunch of Realm's Junction 32 outlet shopping village in Castleford, West Yorkshire.
The event marked the end of a £16m redevelopment programme that followed Hermes' acquisition of the centre in March 2004 as part of the four-strong Freeport portfolio.
The event was followed closely by a samba-themed party to celebrate the relaunch of another former Freeport property at Fleetwood in Lancashire.
Overall, 48 new retailers have been introduced at Junction 32 and Freeport Fleetwood including Oasis, Marks & Spencer, Monsoon, Mexx, ex-Zara, Racing Green, Trespass and Antler.
Freeport Braintree has already been refurbished while plans are now beign drawn up to give a fresh start to the indoor outlet mall at Talke in Staffordshire.
