ING has added Italian fashion accessories brand Mandarina Duck and Italian menswear retailer Basile to the tenant line-up for the 15,487 sq m Ballymac Shopping Outlet in Dundalk. Other recent signings to Antler, Paper Mill and Book Depot mean 40 per cent of the space is now spoken for. The ?60m scheme is scheduled to open in June 2007.


Italian denim label Replay has taken its first store in the Republic at Dundrum. The 150-sq m store anchors the Gallery level in the centre where other fashion and accessory offers include Bertoni, G-Star, Genius, Pilgrim, Julien and Monsoon. Hamilton Osborne King is advising the retailer on its expansion plans.


Dunnes Stores has signed as anchor tenant at the Letterkenny Forte Shopping Centre. It is taking 7,897 sq m in the 21,222-sq m development which will provide 18 units with over 690 parking spaces. The centre is next to the successful Letterkenny Retail Park where tenants include Next, New Look, Argos, TK Maxx, Elverys, Jean Scene and Tempest.


Q-Park Ireland has agreed to operate and manage the 1,700 space car park at the Whitewater Centre in Newbridge. Q-Park director Raymond Peers said: "An outstanding development such as Whitewater is a really good fit with the Q-Park brand and its commitment to quality."


Fultons Fine Furnishings is relocating to a new 64,000 sq ft flagship store at Balmoral Plaza which is under construction on Boucher Road, Belfast and scheduled to open in September 2006. Either side of Fultons are two units of 10,000 sq ft which are being let by Hamilton Osborne King.
