Dundrum Town Centre opens a theatre on May 4th as part of the continuing development of the scheme. Dubbed the "New Mill Theatre", the ribbon will be cut on the 206-seat venue by Irish President Mary McAleese and the first production will be Our Town by Thornton Wilder.
A spokesman for the theatre commented: "It's part of the development. You have the cinema and now you've got the theatre. It's part of making Dundrum Town Centre a one-stop destination."
The New Mill Theatre is situated on the Town Square and seat prices will range from e15 to e18, according to the spokesman. The opening comes a little over a year since Dundrum first opened its doors
