Quidnet Capital signs up Next and H&M for Hounslow’s Treaty Centre
Hounslow Town Centre is set for a step-change transformation as Quidnet Capital has signed up Next and H&M to take two newly created 26,000-sq ft stores in the Treaty Centre in the former Woolworth store.
Both Next and H&M will have new two-level, dual frontage stores, designed by Leslie Jones Architects, with entrances on to the High Street and internally to the Treaty Centre mall. A planning application has been submitted to Hounslow Council this week.
Quidnet Capital partner Tony Yiannakis said: “We have worked incredibly hard over the past 18 months to bring Next and H&M to the Treaty Centre and are very excited about how this will bring new life and prosperity to the High Street. Key to attracting these high quality retailers has been the vision to transform the run down former Woolworth building into modern retail space. We look forward to working with Hounslow Council to get the planning permission agreed so that construction work can start in the New Year and realise what will be a major first step in the rejuvenation of Hounslow Town Centre.”
