Crunchy Nut – Kelloggs’ Crunchy Nut pop-up restaurant visited Manchester Arndale, offering shoppers a range of seven different flavours of Crunchy Nut cereal to try. Shoppers were shown to a table, offered a fruit juice and then left to enjoy their chosen variety of Crunchy Nut in peace.
Speck Team GB – Phone accessory maker Speck joined in on Olympic fever by handing out free Team GB themed iPhone and iPad covers over three days including a visit to Brent Cross, to raise awareness of the Californian brand’s UK launch.
SodaStream – Soft drinks brand SodaStream carried out a nationwide tour of key shopping centres, including Highcross Leicester, as part of its summer sampling activity to showcase the range of flavours on offer. Shoppers were invited to visit the SodaStream Soda Bar where there were demonstrations explaining how to get the best out of the SodaStream drinksmaker, as well as an interactive photoboard linked to SodaStream’s Facebook page where consumers could capture an image of themselves with their favourite flavour creation.
MAOAM MegaVend Tour – Visiting centres including Braehead, White Rose, Manchester Arndale and Churchill Square, MAOAM has been raising brand awareness with an animated, interactive vending machine and distributing over one million free samples.
Ben 10 Guinness World Record Tour – Popular cartoon Ben 10 has been travelling the UK, visiting many venues including St Enoch Centre, Manchester Arndale, Meadowhall and Victoria Centre. In anticipation of the new series, Ben 10:Omniverse, they are building a giant alien out of Lego blocks in an effort to break the world record for participation.
