New cleaning manager at Freshney Place

Grimsby’s Freshney Place welcomed a new member of staff to its management team this week, with the arrival of Dave Neal who has joined the centre as its new cleaning manager.

Neal arrives from Hull’s Princess Quay shopping centre where he spent ten years heading up the cleaning services team. 

He will oversee the implementation of all cleaning services at Freshney Place, which offers 46,450 sq m of retail space and contains over 90 stores.

Neal said: “I’m thrilled to be heading up cleaning operations here at Freshney Place. A decade spent at Princess Quay has stood me in good stead for this new challenge and I am committed to ensuring that Freshney Place offers a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.”

Centre director Amanda Austin, added: “The team are delighted to welcome Dave to Freshney Place - he has a wealth of experience in his field and a fantastic understanding of the retail environment. Dave and his team will be working retailers and customers alike to ensure a pristine, happy and safe shopping centre for all of our loyal Grimsby shoppers.”
