Specialist asset manager selected to operate Quintain's new scheme at Wembley
Realm, the oultet asset manager which already counts Clarks Village at Street and the Freeport outlets at Braintree and Castleford among its projects, has been selected by Quintain to asset manage the London Designer Outlet at Wembley.
The project is on schedule to open in October 2013 with groundworks underway. Quintain announced that at the end of January 2012 contracts had been exchanged or placed in solicitors’ hands on 45 per cent of base rent, up from 39 per cent in November 2011.

The 361-bedroom Hilton hotel, which forms part of the development, is now in the final phase, with the scheme on budget and on schedule to open prior to this summer’s Olympic Games.
And In preparation for the Olympic Games coming to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena in July, the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games is leasing 100,000 sq ft of space on the scheme and is now constructing its Wembley compound, which will be a temporary structure.
