  Blachere Shopping Centre was created through a partnership at the beginning of 2011 with Blachere Illumination and KD Decoratives- a leading European specialist in Christmas decoration for shopping centres. This helped to meet the specific requirements of the highly dynamic, constantly changing commercial world in a comprehensive and relevant way. We are developing a partnership of skills, cemented on the combination of two aspects of know how- technology and creativity.

  With over 24 years in the industry Shelley has managed an array of schemes containing retail, residential, office and market, being involved from their development and launch to town centre and shopping centre refurbishments and rebranding. Gaining the Diploma in Shopping Centre Management in 1997, IOSH and NEBOSH, Shelley was short listed for Marketing SCEPTRE 2009 and winner of SCEPTRE Manager of the year for a Small Scheme in 2011(runner up 2010).  Shelley also won a scholarship for Oxford Retail Masters Forum to gain insight into retailer’s practices. Managing a busy neighbourhood centre and building strong links with the local community her flair for creating PR opportunities for tenants resulting is £68,738.72 of PR in 2011.  Shelley set up a centre facebook page, co-designed centre web site and was the first Keep Britain Tidy accredited Shopping Centre Manager Assessor in 2010
