Cardiff’s Lord Mayor Cllr Kate Lloyd and Council Leader Rodney Berman performed the topping-out ceremony at Cardiff’s St David’s 2, the largest retail scheme due to open this year

 

The new Grand Arcade, the spectacular, glass roofed mall, will house the majority of the scheme’s 100 new shops. At 205m long, Grand Arcade is big enough to house the Sphinx or the body of a jumbo jet.
Top fashion brands already attracted to the scheme include Kurt Geiger, All Saints, Links of London, Crabtree & Evelyn, Hugo Boss, TM Lewin, Radley and Reiss.
