The Salvation Army has taken a 10-year lease on 16-18 Brandon Arcade. CALA Properties was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Eric Young & Co. First Group was advised by Ryden and Philip Wragg acted for The Salvation Army.

The St David's Limited Partnership, made up of Land Securities and Capital Shopping Centres, has pre-let the 892-sq ft Unit UG45 in its St David's 2 development to Claire's Accessories on a new 10-year lease at £145,000 pax, representing 80 per cent of rack rental value, or 12 per cent of turnover. A three-month rent-free period will run from the date of occupation. The million-sq ft St David's 2 is due for completion in September 2009.
