Arcadia heads for Livingston

Arcadia Group has confirmed it is to open two double-store units at The Elements in Livingston, housing retailers Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins and Burton. The Elements - Land Securities' new £130m shopping centre - will open its doors on 16 October this year.

Arcadia 's new stores at The Elements will occupy a combined floor-space of almost 19,000 sq ft at 311 and 313 Almondvale South, Livingston. The new retailers will be joined by anchor stores Debenhams and Marks & Spencer, as well as H&M, River Island and many more.

Culverwell and Lunson Mitchenall acted for Land Securities and Eric Young & Co acted for Arcadia Group.
