HENDERSON GLOBAL INVESTORS has appointed MICHAEL NEAL as director of property for its c.£1.2bn UK Retail Warehouse Fund. He joins Henderson from Goodman Property Investors where he was responsible for the fund management of Goodman's two retail park funds.

Property PR and marketing consultancy HALOGEN has recruited five new members of staff: account director KELLY BRADSHAW joins after a series of public sector roles; account manager SARAH PALLETT joins from a Birmingham-based marketing agency; account manager CHRISTINA GILLINGS joins Halogen from Gough Allen Stanley; account executive PATRICIA ROGER joins Halogen after spells with Hill & Knowlton, Shell and the NHS; and account executive DIANE GAILLARD joins from Financial Dynamics.

PRUPIM has promoted JOHN DUXBURY to director of asset management for its retail sector team. He has been with the company for 10 years, and has been responsible for Scottish Amicable Insurance Fund's retail portfolio.

HENRY BOOT DEVELOPMENTS has made two new appointments. SAM ROGERS has joined the London office as development surveyor. And KERR SMITH has joined the Glasgow team as assistant development surveyor.

DEEPAN KHIROYA is to join LAND SECURITIES as a retail portfolio director, with responsibility for the management of the factory outlet portfolio.
