ING REAL ESTATE has recruited two development managers for the UK. MICHAEL WISEMAN has joined from Oak Holdings, where he was a development surveyor working on a number of mixed-use schemes. And TIM ARMSTEAD joins from Npower where he was a development surveyor responsible for managing and disposal of a variety of sites throughout the UK.

NB ENTRUST has appointed MICHELE SIMON as director of operations. She joins from Grosvenor where she was director of the service centre.

MCARTHURGLEN has appointed LINDA TIPPING as chief marketing officer. She will be responsible for marketing strategy across the company's 16 European locations. She has over 15 years' experience in marketing and brand strategy in the luxury goods sector, including a spell at Alfred Dunhill where she was managing director of its UK operation.

BRENDON O'REILLY, director of GVA Grimley Outlet Services, has been promoted to a director for GVA GRIMLEY. He will continue to head up the rapidly expanding outlet services division.

HERMES REAL ESTATE has recruited TATIANA BOSTEELS as its new head of responsible property investment. She joins from the London Climate Change Agency.

CHARTERED LAND has appointed DECLAN CURTIN as project director. He was previously a director of SIAC Property Developments, and will oversee the company's Grand Canal Square and One Clarendon Row projects.

MAHON POINT shopping centre in Cork has appointed JUSTIN YOUNG as centre manager. He joins from Whitewater shopping centre in Newbridge, Co Kildare.
