BCSC stalwart retires

Ray Hoof, manager of the Telford shopping centre since it opened in 1973, and a key member of the BCSC West Midlands region, recently retired.
Past and present officers of the West Midlands region gathered at the Telford centre to thank Ray for his many years of sterling service to the cause of centre managers, both regionally and at the national level.
Acting chairman Brian Walke presented Ray with a specially engraved, locally made crystal decanter and a framed certificate at a celebratory lunch sponsored by Photo-Me.
