=== Inditex launches Pull and Bear at Liverpool One ===
Spanish fashion and homeware retailer Inditex has chosen Grosvenor's £950m Liverpool One project as the first UK location for its youth fashion brand, Pull and Bear.
Pull & Bear is the fifth Inditex brand to enter the UK, joining Zara, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti and Bershka. But the company has three more brands - Stradivarious, Oysho and Kiddy's Class, that are not yet represented.
At Liverpool One Inditex is taking more than 30,000-sq ft of space. It will move its existing Zara offer from Church Street to the last remaining MSU on the new scheme's South John Street. The new, 20,029-sq ft store will trade on two levels close to the new John Lewis store.
Pull and Bear will occupy a 6,824-sq ft unit on the upper level of South John Street. And Zara Home will take a new, 3,820 sq ft unit alongside Zara at the lower level.
South John Street is Liverpool One's high street fashion-focused district. Other brands already signed include Republic, Oasis, Warehouse, Jane Norman, Body Shop and Esprit. John Lewis and Debenhams anchor the district.
