The height of fashion: Warner showcase the best

Published:  14 December, 2007

Liverpool's credentials as one of the UK's fashion capitals were underlined when Warner Estate hosted a fashion show featuring the work of Vivienne Westwood, Britain's most famous designer, at its Cavern Walks Boutique Emporium in the city centre.

Warner worked closely with the stores to create a signature event that showcased the best of its fashion shops, including Cricket, renowned for being celebrities' fashion destination of choice in Liverpool, Solely shoes and jeweller Christopher James. The stores invited their best customers to attend the evening, to enjoy the exclusive 10 per cent off in all stores, sample new products and get a sneak peak at the new season's lines.

Three final year students on the Fashion & Textiles course at Liverpool John Moores University were given an opportunity to get exposure in a live fashion environment, contributing one-off pieces for the eveningwear segment of the show.
