A new centre manager for Victoria Square

Hugh Black has been appointed as the new centre manager of Belfast's Victoria Square shopping centre. Managing agents Savills HOK made the new appointment for the landmark shopping and leisure venue which will open on the 6 March 2008. Hugh moves from the designer sales outlet, Junction One, in Antrim.

Julie Boyd, Senior Property Manager at Savills HOK said: "We're extremely pleased to welcome Hugh to the team. He brings a wealth of local and specialist knowledge with him that will add value to the role.

"Victoria Square will be totally unique to Northern Ireland and there is no other shopping centre or retail offering like it in the UK. This obviously brings new challenges and opportunities to the role of centre manager and we're excited about fulfilling the potential of this distinctive development."
