New venture to benchmark mall management

This month sees the launch of the world's first dedicated shopping centre audit and benchmarking company.
Mall Centric aims to help shopping centre professionals make sense of the profound changes facing the sector and adjust their management and marketing strategies accordingly.
"The shopping centre world has changed but market research and audit have not," said founder David Bradshaw. "There is no question that the influence organisations can achieve through clear benchmarking and audit in response to a growing need to demonstrate accountability, best practice and continuous improvement is enormous."
