CB RICHARD ELLIS has unveiled a new structure for its retail division. MALCOLM DALGLEISH has been appointed chairman of the retail divisions for both EMEA and the UK. The UK division will be overseen by a new operations board, chaired by CIARAN BIRD. The other members of the board will be DAVID BRIGDEN, MARK DISNEY, ED HUMBERT, STEVE MCMULLEN, MIKE PRENTICE, NIKKI SKELTON, DAVID WILLIAMS and SIMON WILSON. DAVID KENNINGHAM and DAVID WILLIAMS will take responsibility for the development of key retail clients. And SIMON PETTINATI will rejoin the UK retail division as director of retail business operations.

OLIVER FOSTER has joined SAVILLS as an associate, working mainly in the areas of investment and development. He previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield in the retail agency team.

JAMIE STIRLING-AIRD has joined HAMMOND PHILLIPS as a surveyor to support the growing agency division. He recently graduated from Kingston University with a Masters in European Real Estate.

F&C PROPERTY ASSET MANAGEMENT has appointed MARGARET NEWMAN as general manager for two of its largest in-town retail holdings in London: St Christopher's Place in London's West End, and the Wimbledon Broadway retail and leisure scheme in south-west London. Previously she has worked as a centre manager with Hillier Parker, ACR and most recently Donaldsons.

LAND SECURITIES has promoted NICK PEEL to retail operations director for Scotland. Formerly centre director of East Kilbride shopping centre, he will be responsible for all of Land Securities' retail operations in Scotland: East Kilbride; Glasgow; Almondvale, Livingston; and Bon Accord & St Nicholas, Aberdeen.

DONALDSONS has appointed DAVID GRADY as chief operating officer of its European business. He joined Donaldsons two years ago from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a director. After joining Donaldsons in January 2005, David headed the firm's property management accounts department.

ACS TRANSPORT REVENUE (formerly Ascom) has appointed GIL MARTIN to the new position of business development manager. He was previously international BDM for 3M Security Systems Division.

JONES LANG LASALLE is launching a new shopping centre management division in the Midlands with the appointment of CARRIE SANDERS as associate director. She has over six years' experience in property and shopping centre management and joins from Donaldsons, where her clients included Hammerson, Land Securities, Delancey and Thornfield. DAVID HOURIHAN, a portfolio manager in the shopping centre management team, is relocating to Birmingham.
