World of Wonder and The Bag Shop have joined the mixed-use Deerpark shopping park in Killarney. World of Wonder has taken a unit of 785 sq m and the Bag Shop has secured a unit of 101 sq m. They will be trading alongside Homebase, Argos, New Look, Arcadia, Carphone Warehouse and Flesk Meats.
New Look and Arcadia, which is trading its Dorothy Perkins, Evans and Burton brands, have reported exceptional sales since opening at the scheme earlier this year.
Deerpark comprises six big box units and nine neighbourhood retail units from 139 sq m.
There is also first-floor office accommodation available from 186 sq m. The scheme comprises 246 car-parking spaces and the adjoining Tesco car park, which is presently being extended, will have 400 car-parking spaces.
Jerry Galvin, director of Galvin Developments, said: "The strong interest shown by many multiple retailers further underpins the strength of Deerpark shopping park as a retail destination." DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is letting agent.
