== AYR ==
W G Mitchell has agreed a letting of the last remaining unit of 3,085 sq ft at the Central Retail Park to Floors 2 Go. A new 15-year lease has been agreed at £40,000 pa. Floors 2 Go was advised by Eric Young. Culverwell was letting agent.
== BRIDGEND ==
ScS has agreed a pre-letting on the 10,000 sq ft Unit 6 at Prudential's Bridgend Retail Park at £185,000 pa. Hartnell Taylor Cook was letting agent and Johnson Fellows represented the tenant.
== CHELMSFORD ==
MFI has moved within the Chelmer Village Retail Park into the 19,225 sq ft Unit B1 for a rent of £480,625 pa. Pets at Home has relocated to the 9,000 sq ft Unit D2, paying £225,000 pa. And Next has taken the 10,000-sq ft Unit B3, at £300,000 pa. All three lettings are for 15-year terms. Landlord LTGP Limited Partnership was advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe & Partners and Wilkinson Williams.
== COLCHESTER ==
ScS has signed a 10-year lease on a 10,000 sq ft unit at the Tollgate Centre. Harvey Spack Field was letting agent for British Land and Johnson Fellows advised ScS.
== CROYDON ==
B&Q has let a 13,903 sq ft unit at Fiveways, 512 Purley Way to Maison du Monde. The Hardwood furniture specialist has taken the unit on a short-term lease at a rent of £141,810 pa. B&Q was advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe & Partners.
== HATFIELD ==
Oakley, the branded glasses, apparel and watches retailer, has taken a new five-year lease on a 1,591 sq ft unit at the Galleria outlet mall for what is only its third outlet-format Vault store in the UK. The store is located on the upper Level of the two-level centre. The rent agreed is £30 psf plus a turnover top-up. Brian Oakwell & Company and Cushman & Wakefield are letting agents on behalf of Land Securities.
== NOTTINGHAM ==
ScS has taken the 7,427 sq ft Unit 7 at the Lady Bay Retail Park on a new 15-year lease at £18 psf. Savills was letting agent on behalf of Morley Fund Management and Johnson Fellows advised the tenant.
== PRESTON ==
Endsleigh Insurance Services has assigned 1,250 sq ft on the ground floor, with 1,233 sq ft of first floor office space and 1,273 sq ft of second floor office space, to Reed Employment. An existing full repairing and insuring lease to expire June 2015 was assigned at a rent of £60,000 per annum exclusive. Edwards Hardwick & Partners represented the assignor while the assignee was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
== SKELMERSDALE ==
T J Morris has taken Unit 9/17 in the Concourse Shopping Centre, Southway, on a 35-year lease at £140,000 pa. Churston Heard acted on behalf of London & Cambridge Properties and Bennett & Co represented the tenant.
== STEVENAGE ==
Shoezone has taken 1,543 sq ft in the Westgate Shopping Centre at a £53,000 pa on a 10-year lease, reflecting £68 zone A. Ramsdens acted for Shoezone and Strutt & Parker was letting agent on behalf of Morley Fund Management.
