String of new business wins for commercialisation specialist

As Mall Solutions Europe enters its second decade of trading, the commercialisation provider is celebrating a string of new business wins include the Aberdeen Standard Investments portfolio for nine shopping centres including Churchill Square in Brighton, County Mall in Crawley, Thistles and Marches in Stirling, Castle Point in Bournemouth, Galleons Reach in London, Parkway in Newbury, St Marks in Lincoln and Bligh’s Meadow in Sevenoaks; following a competitive tender.

MSE has also been appointed as the commercialisation partner of outlet shopping centre Lakeside Village, Doncaster by Realm. And Ellandi has chosen MSE to develop new commercialisation opportunities for the Nicholson shopping centre, Maidenhead.

As the business grows, Steve Brice has been appointed chairman. He brings with him a proven record of commercial success at The Jockey Club, Arsenal FC, The 02 and AEG. With a new client service manager appointed in Glasgow and two more client services managers in London, MSE is also deepening its day-to-day ability to meet the needs of both future and existing clients.
